Responsibilities The Medical Director Psychiatrist is entrusted with key responsibilities that are critical to maintaining our high standards of care and operational excellence. This role is mutlifaceted, encompassing clinical governance, leadership, quality improvement, direct care and operational support. Medical Directors provide direct care within a service line and related leadership support, and serves as a voting member of the Medical Executive Committee. Specific duties/tasks and time commitments may vary, and the overall primary responsibilities remain aligned as outlined below.
Qualifications
Compensation for this role ranges from $350,000k - $398,000k annually, depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
