We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our People Organization (HR & Recruiting), where you'll play a key role in shaping our strategy and driving its execution. As a trusted partner to our leadership team, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure execution. Your expertise will help us optimize our processes, systems, and analytics to drive business outcomes and enhance how we attract and retain talent.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business impact and align with our organizational goals
- Analyze our current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, Recruiting, business leaders, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment
- Conduct data analysis and create compelling presentations to inform business decisions and drive conversations
- Partner with our systems, ops, and analytics teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs
- Drive project management and coordination efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and innovation
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a STEM field) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in program management, strategy development, or a related field, preferably in an HR or Recruiting context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Experience working with data visualization tools and techniques to inform business decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term impact and sustainability

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
