About the Role

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager leads a team of marketers responsible for shaping and executing Insight's partner marketing strategy acrosskeytechnology partners. This role spans people leadership, partner strategy, and demand generation-connecting partner priorities with Insight's business objectives to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

This is a leadership role for a marketer who understands all facets of modern marketing-from demand generation and digital execution to content, events, analytics, and operations-and partners effectively with cross-functional experts in these disciplines to orchestrate cohesive, high-performing programs. You will be part of a global marketing organization that is innovative, energized, and continuously evolving-embracing new ideas, technologies, and ways of working to drive impact at scale. You will lead through change, establish clarity and momentum in dynamic environments, and guide a team through transformation to deliver strong, consistent results.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Set the vision and lead the evolution of Insight's partner marketing strategy across the technology ecosystem, adapting to changing business and partner needs.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across marketingas well aspartner management, alliance teams, and sales to develop integrated, datadriven marketing plans aligned to shared business objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers-providing clarity, prioritization, and direction while helping the team grow into a highperforming, futureready organization.

  • Bring a holistic marketing mindset, ensuring programs are well integrated across demand generation, digital, content, events, and analytics.

  • Drive the planning and execution of multichannel demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Serve asaprimary marketing interface for technology partners-building trusted, longterm relationships while communicating strategy, performance, and results with accountability.

  • Navigate complexity and change with confidence, balancing partner priorities with Insight business needs while keeping teams focused on outcomes and impact.

Experience Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or similar post-graduate education preferred.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing or product management within a Business-to-Business organization, with a focus on technology or channel partnerships.

  • Proven experience managing a team of marketing professionals or cross-functional project teams.

  • Technology marketing experience required; channel/partner marketing experience strongly preferred.
