Solution Architect - TPRM / IRM-GRC

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM-GRC) solutions. This is a strategic role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade risk management solutions for global clients.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end enterprise TPRM implementations, from solution design to deployment.
• Architect and configure workflows for risk assessments, vendor lifecycle processes, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive API integrations and data modelling for seamless connectivity across platforms.
• Integrate external cyber-risk data from providers such as BitSight, SecurityScorecard (SSC), and RiskRecon.
• Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards while optimising risk processes.
• Provide thought leadership and best practices for IRM-GRC platforms.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 8+ years in TPRM / IRM-GRC solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow IRM, RSA Archer, and MetricStream.
• Expertise in risk workflows, vendor lifecycle management, and assessment frameworks.
• Proven ability in API integration, data modelling, and system interoperability.
• Experience working with external cyber-risk providers (BitSight, SSC, RiskRecon).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or MetricStream.
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
