Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time.

Job overview:

Omada is at the forefront of virtual-first care, specializing in weight health, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. We are seeking a Director of Product for Member and Care Team Experiences to own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and operational effectiveness of Omada's medication and prescribing experiences.

This leader will define and drive the long-term vision for GLP-1 and medication-enabled behavior change, partnering with executive leadership to shape annual strategic priorities and ensure durable market differentiation.

You will be accountable not only for roadmap delivery, but for measurable business, clinical, and operational outcomes across the functional domain. This includes aligning cross-functional teams around a cohesive strategy, navigating regulatory and clinical complexity, and driving scalable systems that enable sustainable growth.

As a mission-critical leader, you will operate with broad autonomy, tackle ambiguous and high-stakes challenges, and champion bold changes that position Omada as the market leader in medication-supported virtual care.

About you:

  • 8+ years in product leadership roles with ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder domains
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in product, business strategy, healthcare technology, or related domains (10+ with Master's, 8+ with PhD)
  • Passionate about creating seamless, delightful user experiences and leveraging AI/ML to transform engagement dynamics
  • Demonstrated accountability for business and operational outcomes, not just feature delivery
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership to set strategic direction and annual priorities
  • Track record of leading complex, ambiguous initiatives where problems are not clearly defined and solutions require principled judgment
  • Widely recognized as a subject matter expert within medication-supported care, telehealth prescribing, or behavior change platforms
  • Experience interacting with major customers, partners, or regulatory stakeholders on product strategy
  • Ability to reconcile competing executive perspectives to drive enterprise-level outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive execution discipline and delivery predictability within a complex, regulated environment
  • Strong financial and business acumen; comfortable owning domain-level performance metrics and tradeoffs
  • Prior experience in consumer-grade telehealth or health tech

Your impact:

In this role, you'll immerse yourself in factors influencing members' motivation to change to evolve how they learn, build habits, and engage with Omada's tools and care teams on the path to better health. You will:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and operational performance of Omada's GLP-1 and medication-enabled care experiences
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define annual and multi-year strategic priorities for medication-supported behavior change
  • Be accountable for business performance, clinical outcomes, member experience, and operational scalability within your domain
  • Champion bold, organization-wide changes required to compete in a rapidly evolving GLP-1 market
  • Build durable cross-functional operating models across Product, Clinical, Engineering, Care Delivery, Member Support, Legal, and Commercial teams
  • Establish scalable mechanisms for performance tracking, experimentation governance, and decision-making rigor
  • Represent the product strategy in executive forums and, when appropriate, with key buyers, partners, or industry stakeholders
  • Cultivate an innovative environment that challenges your cross-functional peers to think in new ways

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health support solutions
  • ...and more!
