Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Manager of Corporate Reporting & Sustainability Disclosure to support our hub-based External Reporting team. This newly created role reports directly to the VP of SEC Reporting and provides support across SEC filings, IFRS reporting, ESG disclosures, equity compensation reporting, and global consolidation processes.

This role is designed for a CPA or CPA candidate with 4-6 years of Big 4 experience and a desire to broaden their scope across regulatory reporting, sustainability, and internal cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

- Contribute to the preparation of SEC and IFRS filings, including footnotes, MD&A, and Sustainability disclosures

- Support the consolidation process for 70+ entities: FX translation, intercompany eliminations, and topside adjustments

- Partner with HR and Tax to assist with equity compensation disclosures and audit support

- Support on earnings materials and the annual proxy

- Collaborate with ESG Strategy, Legal, EHS, and HR to develop sustainability content aligned with SEC and other sustainability reporting requirements

- Contribute to audit coordination, internal controls documentation, and system improvement initiatives

- Monitor regulatory developments in accounting and ESG disclosure frameworks


Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate required

- 4-6 years of Big 4 audit/advisory experience or relevant corporate reporting experience

- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP; exposure to IFRS and ESG reporting is a plus

- Exceptional writing, communication, and project coordination skills

- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

- Open to travel < 25%

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$130,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
