The Regional Vice President will lead operations for Allied Universal Technology Services throughout the Northeast Region, setting strategic direction to drive growth and operational excellence. This executive role builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, champions the Allied Universal culture, and ensures all regional objectives are achieved. The Regional Vice President (RVP) is accountable for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, meeting financial targets, and cross-functionally working with sales to drive regional growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership, Operational Excellence and Financial Management Develop and execute the regional strategy to support revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion - Oversee regional branch operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and compliance with all company and regulatory standards
- Improve operational efficiency through process improvements, resource optimization, and standardization
- Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, margin performance, financial reporting, and collections
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve financial and operational targets.
Team Leadership & Customer Experience - Lead, coach, and develop regional leadership and the operations team, including project management, installation and service
- Foster a culture grounded in safety, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence
- Partner with HR to recruit, retain, and develop top talent across all functional areas
- Ensure the delivery of world-class customer service across pre-sales engineering, installation, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen retention and drive new opportunities
- Serve as escalation point for high-visibility accounts and complex customer issues
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Support enterprise initiatives such as strategic account management, technology innovation, and national program deployment.
- Coordinate with national operations on large-scale or multi-region customer projects.
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): - Must possess one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with ten (10) years of management experience
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field with twelve (12) years of management experience
- High School diploma with fifteen (15) years of management experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in leadership roles with direct P&L oversight within a professional services delivery organization
- Proven expertise in influencing and leading change across complex, multi-priority environments
- Results-driven and accountable, consistently exceeding targets and driving operational excellence
- Strong relationship management, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in building, inspiring, and retaining high-performing teams
- Track record of fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve business results
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled in leveraging data and market insights for strategic decision-making
- Adaptable in fast-paced settings, effectively managing multiple initiatives and shifting priorities
- Exceptional organizational, teamwork, and leadership development skills
- Clear and persuasive communicator, adept at cross-functional collaboration in global, matrixed organizations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): - Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and/or WeSuite
- Six Sigma certification
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA
- Experience in the development and analysis of a Request for Proposal (RPF's)
- High-level technical understanding of products and solutions in the electronic security industry
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: - Base range $150,000-$190,000 (depending on experience and location), 35% bonus opportunity, auto allowance, equity package
