Work Schedule:

We have several CT positions offering a variety of FTE, schedules and locations available. Weekend, call and holiday rotation required. New grads are encouraged to apply and discuss your preferences and learn about current/future rad tech opportunities at UW Health.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist CT to:



  • Perform a wide variety of imaging exams and specialized procedures on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.
  • Troubleshoot basic maintenance, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
  • Set up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolation precautions when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred



Work Experience

  • Previous healthcare experience Required
  • 2 years of clinical experience Preferred



Licenses & Certifications

  • ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
  • ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification within 30 months Required
  • CPR certification within 3 months Required
