Ultratec is looking for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys helping people and leading others. As our Service Desk Supervisor, you'll guide the daily work of our support team, assist with technical troubleshooting, and help create a smooth IT experience for employees across the company.

This is a great role for someone with solid IT support experience who also enjoys coaching others, organizing workflow, and improving processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and guide service desk technicians.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Oversee ticket management and documentation.
  • Work closely with our networking and infrastructure teams.
  • Participate in training, hiring, and team development.



We're looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of IT support experience.
  • Has experience leading or mentoring others.
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys team collaboration.
  • Can balance technical work with daily leadership responsibilities.
