Impact you will make


As a Associate Product Manager at FinThrive focusing on the Patient Financial Assessment (PFA) product, you will play a pivotal leadership role in a rapidly expanding and high growth business unit. Your impact will be profound as you drive the development and refinement of solutions that significantly enhance payer operations and financial outcomes. In addition to developing new product features within Patient Insights, your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the sales team understands the key differentiators, implementation team knows how to properly implement and customer success can address challenging client issues. By leading this product, you will reinforce FinThrive's market leadership. Your efforts will be critical in building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, ultimately boosting client satisfaction and business growth.



What you will do



  1. Product Strategy Development: Define and refine the product strategy, including identifying market opportunities, defining product vision, and creating a roadmap for future features and enhancements.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  3. Market and Customer Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and use insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
  4. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a product from conception through development, launch, and eventual phase-out, optimizing performance and profitability.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations across the board, from team members to executive leadership.
  6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously seek ways to improve the product based on user interaction and business objectives.
  7. Issue Resolution / Management: Serve as key leader in working cross-functionally to identify and correct product / technology issues. Key escalation point of contact for customers.


What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of product related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Highly proactive mindset required
  • Ability to independently navigate through ambiguity and complex issues with minimal oversight
