Job DescriptionThe Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of the Visa Economic Empowerment Institute and the Head of Policy Advisory (PA). This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at anticipating needs. This position manages details of a highly confidential and critical nature, requiring a strong working knowledge of departmental and company policies and practices. As an individual contributor with a primary focus on execution, the Executive Assistant independently solves a range of straightforward and complex problems, analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures, and receives a moderate level of guidance and supervision. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
