Posting Date 11/21/2025 1552 Boren DrSte 100, Ocoee, Florida, 34761-4216, United States of America The HHD Redeployment Specialist - Resident is responsible for providing redeployment services for NxStage HHD equipment, which may include dialysis machine and water system disinfections and testing, vendor coordination, scheduling with clinic teammates and patients, troubleshooting logistics issues, and effectively communicating with supervisor. This position operates under the supervision of a national supervisor and with the assistance of a HHD Redeployment Specialist Advanced Leader Performs redeployment procedures (decontamination and testing) on dialysis delivery systems to prepare them for storage and redeployment Communicates with clinic teams, patients, machine vendor, and transportation services regarding normal equipment order operations Organizes orders in tracking files and inventory systems. Communicates reporting to supervisor Troubleshoots order issues by communicating with patient/clinic and asking questions to machine vendor and transport services Demonstrates a commitment to learning and seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in redeployment operations Other duties as assigned.
