Are you passionate about creating a seamless patient experience and supporting a high-performing clinical team? Join our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice as a Practice Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional care.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor administrative staff to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and office operations to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Partner with physicians and clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient and staff satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or practice management (OB/GYN experience preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of experience working in a hospital outpatient clinic setting required. Supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
