Description Medical Group PracticesClerical/Administrative Support For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. What You'll Do: * Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. * Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. * Assist with check-in/check-out processes and coordinate referrals as needed. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain a positive, patient-focused environment. What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in healthcare or patient services (Ophthalmology experience a plus). * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer skills.
