This role has flexibility to be hybrid, but does require regular travel within the UVA Community Health service area The HR Marketing and Engagement Specialist position supports recruitment and retention through creative storytelling, strategic content, and authentic engagement across digital and physical platforms. The role manages HR recruitment social media presence, supports UVA Community Health internal HR related communication campaigns, and will help position UVA Community Health as an employer of choice within the region. The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or communications; experience in healthcare or human resources preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy. Licensure:Oracle certifications notrequired, but welcomed. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
