Genesis10 is currently seeking a Content Management Specialist Web CDAPI for a 12 month contract role with our healthcare client in Rochester, MN. This role will be 100% remote.

Compensation: $65 - $72 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Summary:
Client is seeking proposals for two contractors to support content management operations across two enterprise content management systems (CMSs): Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore. This role is critical to maintaining content for delivery to our websites and/or CDAPI/syndication during a multi-year system transition.

The selected contractors will not write content but will be responsible for entering, formatting, and publishing content using structured markup and metadata standards. The contractors will also support dual maintenance workflows, ensuring content integrity across both CMSs
Goals, Objectives, and Scope of Work
  • Enter and format structured content using DITA and HTML in AEM Guides and Sitecore.
  • Work with Word documents, images, etc., for content updates and publishing.
  • Apply and update metadata following system standards.
  • QA to ensure we maintain synchronized content between Sitecore and AEM.
  • Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.
Engagement Deliverables & Milestones Performance and payment of engagement awardees will be tied to the following portfolio milestones and requirements.

1 Content structuring
  • Review content requests for viability in our CMSs and collaborate with teammates to address content issues.
  • Determine how best to structure the content for DITA and HTML.
2 Content maintenance
  • Convert content from Word doc formats to DITA or HTML.
  • Delete content to keep CMS clean.
  • Dual maintain DITA/HTML content in two CMSs and ensure they align.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of content changes in various systems.
  • Update and maintain video records in Kaltura, ensuring we have accurate English transcripts.
  • Publish new and updated content for delivery to our websites, CD API, etc.
  • QA pre- and post-publish to ensure high level of accuracy.
3 Continuous improvement and workflow management
  • Help establish best practices through team collaboration.
  • Continuously refine content coding processes based on updated CMS guidelines and feedback.
  • Manage information/communication flow via daily calendar reports, Workfront or other tracking systems.
Staffing Plan
  • Resource to be based in the US and available for engagement during first shift hours (approximately 8am-5pm; details negotiable) in the U.S Central time zone.
  • Two full-time contractors for 2026.

Skills Desired
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, DITA, and structured content workflows.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with teammates.
Respondent Criteria Client is seeking proposals from marketing and communications agencies that meet the following criteria:
  • Experience with AEM Guides (DITA).
  • Experience with Sitecore.
  • Experience with structured content (DITA).
  • Experience with medical terminology.
  • Available for full 1-year term.
  • Provide proposed start date and onboarding timeline.
  • Provide task-based pricing.
  • Provide what is included (equipment, etc.).
  • At least two professional references from healthcare, publishing or CMS-related projects.
  • Description of how you manage tasks, communicate with teams and handle troubleshooting.
