This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Hillcrest and remote. We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who thrives on autonomy and execution. In this key role, you will be the central engine for our web projects, taking ownership of the implementation, maintenance, and performance of our websites. You will work closely with our small team to understand priorities and then independently drive the technical and functional work to completion. This role is responsible for design, develop, and maintain both the front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side) of web applications, encompassing UI/UX design, database management, and API development. Should be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that perform well across different devices and browsers; they may also work on back-end development using languages like C# within .Net Framework to manage database interactions and server-side logic. Have good understanding of object-oriented programing and relational database. Additionally, having experience in report writing and data visualization is plus. Front-end development:
