We are hiring an HR & Accounts Payable Specialist who is excited to support both the employee experience and daily financial operations in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90-day transition period)

Experience Level: Non-entry level; 2 years of HR and Accounts Payable required

What You'll Do Each Day

Human Resources - Approximately 50%

* Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for shop and office staff.

* Maintain employee files, compliance documentation, and training records.

* Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related questions.

* Manage timekeeping and attendance and assist with payroll preparation.

* Support safety initiatives, incident reporting, and HR policy administration.

Accounts Payable - Approximately 50%

* Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.

* Match invoices to purchase orders, packing slips, and job-cost documents.

* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

* Prepare weekly check runs and coordinate approval workflows.

* Maintain organized AP files and assist with month-end closing tasks.

What It Takes to Succeed

* At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and human resources.

* At least 2 years of administrative experience, including payroll support and HR administration.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Solid communication skills and comfort working with various departments.
