Job Description

Visa's Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-week journey whereyou'llwork on impactful projects that drive Visa's mission forward. As aNorth AmericaBusinessOperationsintern,you will become a valuable contributorinsupporting Visa's strategic and operational priorities across the region. NA Operations delivers insights, infrastructure, and executional support to enable speed to market and operational excellence for our sales and product teams. In this role,you'llgain hands-on experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market planning for product launches and enhancements, as well as initiatives such as pipeline reviews and sales enablement.Visa is committed to fostering growth and development, giving you opportunities to take on new responsibilities,acquirenew skills, and exploredifferent partsof our business.

Some job duties and projects could include:

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards tomonitorproduct or sales performance, using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Partneringwith cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, etc.)to support go-to-market planning for product launches or enhancements.
  • Assistingwith the development and delivery of sales enablement resources, such assales teambriefings, FAQs, and training modules.
  • Analyzing business or sales data toidentifytrends and support decision-making
  • Contributing tothought leadership initiatives by researching industry trends, gathering insights from internal and external sources, and helping develop materials that inform sales teams and support client conversations.
  • Develop and deploy surveys to assess usage of sales platforms andidentifyareas for improvement
  • Assistand support planning and execution of internal team meetings, workshops, or external client event engagements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster's Degree inBusiness, Economics, Communications,or Data AnalyticsorData Sciencewith a graduation date in December 2026-August 2027.
  • Strong communications skills, clear and concise written and spoken communications thatdemonstrateprofessional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Highproficiencyin PowerPointand Word
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and synthesize data
  • Strong ability to collaborate
  • Greatteamplayer and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Manage high complexity workstreams, effectively manage time, and prioritize workload
Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is$30 to $35 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
