Summary This position requires setting up and operating the mixer, weigh scales, the mill and other related equipment to create the rubber that we use for our products. The ideal candidate will ensure that company goals of safety, quality, and production are met while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This person will also maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Duties and Responsibilities
