Location: 701 East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, PA 15601 Hours: Monday- Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Perform all routine administrative functions to provide efficient and courteous client service. Use knowledge of trust, investment, loan and deposit products when assisting clients. Coordinate with other department members to ensure that all client objectives are satisfied. Identify opportunities for the development of additional business.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assumes responsibility for all the routine matters, including clerical support, typing memos, letters, filing, etc.
2. Use current knowledge of trust, investment and deposit products and procedures to ensure accurate handling of administrative responsibilities and professional communications with clients and addresses matters that are more complex.
3. Analyzes customer questions, requests and problems and provide appropriate responses and solutions to clients for routine issues. Solves issues/questions requiring highly technical interpretation, or consults with a more senior level individual for guidance on problem resolution.
4. Coordinates with all areas of Wealth Management and other departments to ensure client services are provided, in accordance with product guidelines and operational procedures. Identifies operational issues that may impact customer service.
5. Identifies opportunities for development for additional business with current clients and other non-investment products and services.
6. Assumes certain duties/responsibilities of the Relationship Manager in their absence.
7. Assist Relationship Manager in the completion of special projects, as required.
8. Maintains a good working relationship with fellow employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
9. Continues as required with formal and informal education.
10. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or a two-year business degree. Experience: Two to five years general and specialized experience. Employee should be well trained in this position, understanding all areas of Wealth Management. Working/meeting with client, doing presentation ideas to improve position, stepping into RM role when needed. Being professional, loyal employee, using good judgment. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 60% of the day; operates office equipment: 10% of the day; client calls/presentations: 20% of the day; files of client, filing: 10% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs, lower and upper torso and feet. The job requires reaching above the shoulders one time per minute which is slow in speed. Bending and twisting is required 2 times per minute which is slow in speed. Standing is required one hour per day in a leaning and straight position. Sitting is required 6 hours per day in a leaning, straight, turning and bending position. Walking is required one half hour which is slow in speed. Routinely lifts 5 lbs., up to 6 times per day. Maximum lift is 10 lbs., one time per day. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work.
