Cottage Clinical Associates seeks an Advanced Practice Provider III for their CCA Cardiothoracic Surgery department responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients within Cottage Medical Group (CMG). Functions independently and in collaboration with the supervising clinic physician(s) and leadership in the delivery of patient care. Responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS: All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. Education:
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program, as defined by the California Physician Assistant Board. Master's degree or certificate from a specialized medical training program associated with a medical school that includes classroom students and clinical experience. OR NURSE PRACTITIONER: Master of Nursing Degree Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing as defined in Section 1482, Nurse Practice Act, Business and Professional Code. OR Graduate of an accredited school/university of nurse-midwifery. Reference Addendum for additional education based on specialty. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
