We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Data Cleansing Analyst with proven experience supporting ERP implementations. This role is responsible for reviewing, cleaning, and preparing legacy data-including work-in-progress (WIP) records-for migration into Epicor and other ERP systems. The analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure complete data accuracy and readiness for import, contributing directly to successful ERP deployments and seamless transitions from legacy environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and cleanse legacy datasets and WIP records for ERP migration and integration.
  • Work closely with SMEs to validate, reconcile, and prepare data for import.
  • Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze, transform, and document data.
  • Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation throughout ERP implementation projects.
  • Document data cleansing processes and maintain clear records for audit and compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements for future data migrations.
  • Travel up to 30% to support project delivery and work with stakeholders on-site as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Epicor or other ERP systems, particularly in implementation and migration projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and data cleansing methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting organizational change initiatives.
