Operations Manager - Pediatric Dental & Ortho (Bee Cave) Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces - Bee Cave Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces in Bee Cave is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dual-specialty pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. This role oversees daily operations, supports both specialties, and ensures excellent patient and team experiences. Responsibilities Lead, train, and support front and back office teams Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets Requirements 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience Dental/orthodontic experience Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers About the Role The Operations Manager plays a key role in the success of our practice-from patient experience to team engagement to financial performance.
