Job Description:

The AI Enablement Senior Associate supports the delivery of Crowe's firmwide AI Enablement strategy. Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead - Manager, this role helps execute enablement activities, workshops, and content development that drive the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across Crowe's business units and client engagements. The Senior Associate acts as a connector between Crowe internal customers and Studio resources to ensure that AI tools and practices are applied effectively, responsibly, and with measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Enablement Execution: Assist in delivering key components of the AI Enablement Strategy across internal business units, international affiliates, and select client programs.
  • Workshop Coordination: Help plan, organize, and facilitate AI-related workshops, demos, and community sessions that promote AI literacy and practical application.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of enablement materials, guides, and reference libraries to support learning and knowledge sharing.
  • AI Tool Testing: Participate in the early testing of new AI tools and features, gathering user feedback and documenting recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Learning and Guild Leads to ensure smooth integration of AI-related initiatives and alignment with firm objectives.
  • Data and Reporting: Track adoption metrics, summarize feedback, and prepare progress updates for Technology and AI Enablement leadership.
  • Ethics and Governance Awareness: Support training and awareness sessions on AI risk, governance, and ethical use, coordinating with subject matter experts.
  • Advocacy & Evangelism: Represent Crowe's AI programs in internal forums, serving as an enthusiastic advocate for AI innovation and responsible adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology enablement, learning, digital transformation, or building and teaching use of AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using or supporting AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
  • Experience assisting in workshops, training, or change management programs.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and experimentation with emerging AI tools.

Preferred / Exceptional Candidates Will Demonstrate:

  • Interest in exploring emerging AI tools, trends, and business use cases.
  • Experience with learning content creation, user support, or internal communications.
  • Exposure to coursework in adult learning, instructional design, or technology adoption.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,800.00 - $135,400.00 per year.
