The Opportunity: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Office of the President is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Specialist to join our team. The Executive Specialist will play a key role in supporting the President's initiatives by managing special projects, coordinating high-level events, and assisting with executive communications. The ideal candidate will exercise sound judgment, demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and maintain a calm, professional presence while handling confidential matters. Working in close partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant to the President, the Administrative Specialist, and the Director of Board Operations, the Executive Specialist ensures smooth daily operations and the delivery of exceptional service across all functions of the Office of the President.
