Window and Door Installer/Construction/Carpentry

Schedule, Pay and Benefits:

Full-time
Monday - Friday with possible overtime
$20-$32 hourly range for entry-level to mid-level Installers, depending on experience
Medical/Dental/Vision plus supplementary benefits available
PTO accrual of 14 days annually

On the job training needed to succeed in this role

Employer-provided job materials and PPE
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Replacing windows and doors on residential homes
Working on a team to complete jobs
Hands-on work with the ability to take instruction well and use power tools

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age
General construction experience
Customer service experience, in-home customer facing experience
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
Previous window experience preferred, but not required
Problem solving skills
Good attitude
Team player
Pre-employment steps will include a DOT Physical which includes a drug screening, Background Screening and Driving Record Review

Physical demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
Lift and carry at least 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
