The Role
As a Senior Manager of Order Processing, you will embody our core values of building trust, fostering employee growth, and maintaining a positive and innovative work environment. Working with various cross-functional teams, excellent collaboration skills are also a must. Manage and support the daily activities of our Order Processing Department. A team with high standards of quality, service, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you'll use your strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and commitment to outstanding customer service to help guide and manage day-to-day order processing operations. The Sr. Manager will set expectations and ensure that each team member understands their role and responsibilities. Creates and promotes accountability among all team members and ensures the team works as a cohesive unit. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

Responsibilities include:



  • Leadership & Team Management


    • Lead and mentor the order processing team to achieve departmental goals for accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
    • Establish performance metrics and continuous improvement goals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
    • Proven analytical leader requires minimal direction with the ability to work within a diverse team and boundary partners.


  • Order Processing Operations


    • Oversee order management, including order entry, validation, purchase orders, pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and customer requirements.
    • Manage order prioritization. Evaluate existing processes and implement automation or system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.


  • Deadline Driven, ensuring orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards and Presidio SLA's


    • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration


    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality Control, Change Order Management, Credit, and Billing teams to ensure smooth information flow and issue resolution.
    • Act as a key liaison for escalations and special-order handling.


  • Continuous improvement mindset and Cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven decision making


    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership on trends, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.




Required Skills and Professional Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in order management operations, including 3-5 years leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, D365, Certinia, or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position may require minimal travel
