Systems Integrator

LOCATION: Huntsville, Al

JOB STATUS: Full-time

CLEARANCE: Secret

TRAVEL: 10%

Astrion is seeking an experienced Counter-UAS Systems Integrator to lead the integration of complex CUAS solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. This role will be responsible for liaising between FMS and US Army equities to develop CUAS requirements, test planning, and materiel improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • 10+ years' experience in systems integration, preferably in defense or aerospace
  • Strong understanding of Command and Control systems, radar, missile and gun effectors, and electronic warfare principles
  • Experience with CUAS technologies and military defense systems
  • Proven track record of successful complex system integrations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Active SECRET security clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain SECRET security clearance
  • 10% Travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
  • Experience with military CUAS programs and requirements
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
  • Background in radar systems, RF detection, or electronic warfare
  • Familiarity with military Air Defense C2 systems and architecture
  • Experience with system testing and evaluation procedures
  • PMP certification
  • Master's degree in related technical field

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead technical integration of CUAS detection, tracking, and defeat systems
  • Develop system architecture and integration plans for multi-sensor CUAS solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment
  • Oversee system testing, validation, and verification activities
  • Create technical documentation and integration procedures
  • Represent the FMS community at technical interchange meetings and integrated product teams
  • Troubleshoot complex system integration issues
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
