Job location: Seattle, WA or Las Vegas, NV A Taste of What You'll Do Are you passionate about driving sales success and streamlining communication processes? Join our dynamic US Sales Distributor Operations Team at Gallo as a Sales Activation Manager. In this role, you will be a critical link between Gallo and our Distributor partners, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of information that leads to superior execution in the market. Your efforts will empower our Sales Teams-Directors, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Market Development Managers (MDMs)-to spend more time in the field, ultimately boosting our market presence and performance. As a Sales Activation Manager, you will leverage existing tools to build monthly presentations, reports, and progress updates, ensuring that 80% of the resources are ready for Sales Teams to customize based on local needs. You will develop a deep understanding of assigned markets, delivering timely and impactful communication to Distributors to enhance both On and Off-Premise sales execution. Serving as the primary sales contact within designated markets, you will collaborate with various teams, including BIM, DRIVE, and Sales Technology, to provide standard mid-month presentations and track key sales initiatives. Your role will also involve developing strong working relationships with key Distributor contacts, particularly portfolio managers, to deliver execution reports and updates on critical initiatives. You will exhibit intrapreneurship by providing valuable feedback to improve Gallo's tech stack and tools, advancing technology, and fostering automation. Utilizing standard resources, you will curate content for internal meetings, business reviews, and market surveys, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with our goals.
