As an IT Support Technician with Findorff, you'll provide hands-on, customer-focused technical support to internal users across the organization. You'll troubleshoot and resolve moderate-complexity hardware, software, system, and access issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality. You'll manage tickets, document resolutions, deploy equipment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless technology experience for all Findorff employees.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide prompt, high-quality support for user requests and incidents.



  • Triage technical issues, gather accurate details, and escalate when appropriate.



  • Maintain confidentiality and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.



  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, printers, and peripherals.



  • Perform software installations, updates, and application upgrades.



  • Document issue resolutions and maintain system documentation.



  • Uphold departmental standards and contribute to consistent, high-quality service.



  • Share technical knowledge to support team development.



  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices through training and professional resources.




Qualifications:




  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.



  • Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, conference room technology, cellular devices, and printers.



  • Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and make sound decisions.




Education & Experience:




  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical help desk environment.



  • Valid driver's license required for periodic travel.
