What this job involves: The Assistant Workplace Manager delivers exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This client-facing role strengthens partnerships between JLL, service partners, and clients while fostering personal and professional growth. The position blends a passion for service, strong people skills, and a hospitality-focused approach to create an outstanding workplace environment that supports JLL's business objectives and enhances client satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like: * Serve as the onsite Experience Services contact for inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback to positively impact employee and guest comfort * Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure workspace and soft services comply with SLAs, policies, regulations, and performance metrics * Receive and respond to requests within required timeframes, including personal follow-ups and operational adjustments * Provide administrative support and work-order management while maintaining SOPs and site playbooks * Lead onboarding, timekeeping, delegating, scheduling, coaching, and team building activities * Coordinate with property management, parking, security, engineering, and janitorial teams to ensure seamless operations * Build meaningful relationships with employees and guests by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and maintaining visible engagement within the workplace Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education * Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a hospitality-driven mindset * Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, facility/property management, building operations, or related commercial real estate fields * Ability to work with diverse teams and lead by example with respect, cooperation, and accountability * Quick adaptability to new technology, devices, and applications * Experience with vendor management, maintenance services, contract compliance, and insurance requirements * Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, spend reports, purchase orders, invoices, and payments * Experience supporting events, catering coordination, and training center concierge services * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Estimated compensation for this position: 70,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
