Overview
*This position can work remote from anywhere within the United States. This position is responsible for the leadership and management of Corporate Compliance Standards and Practices programs. Oversees the complex, strategic coordination and management of multiple processes or projects within Compliance Testing in order to achieve business goals. Supervises the work of Business Analyst(s), Issue Validation and Quality Control (QC), and UDAAP Testing providing leadership, direction, and mentoring. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management and execution of UDAAP Monitoring/Testing, Annual Compliance test plan development, oversee maintenance of testing inventory, RCSA coordination for Compliance, QC of Compliance Testing, enhancements/process improvements for Compliance Testing through use of tools and/or automation. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to leadership and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking or other related experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management, Banking or other related experience License, Certifications & Skills License or Certification Type: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Preferred, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Preferred, Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP) Preferred, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) Preferred Skills:
