Mustang Cat is hiring a detail-driven and technically minded EPG Project Manager to support our growing Electric Power Generation (EPG) Sales team. This role is critical in managing project execution, proving product value, and ensuring all deliverables are completed safely, on time, and within budget. If you excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy working at the intersection of technical expertise and customer service, this position is for you.

As an EPG Project Manager, you will oversee assigned projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and strong communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and safety compliance
* Identify, communicate, and validate the value of Mustang's EPG products and services
* Maintain detailed logs and track progress for all assigned projects
* Provide technical support and clear communication to customers and end users
* Represent Mustang Cat in project meetings
* Serve as the liaison between Sales and Service teams
* Support additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of the EPG Sales team

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field
* OR Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology with additional work experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional project management role
* Advanced computer skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Technical knowledge of electric power generation and industrial engines
* Experience in an industrial, engineering, or equipment-related environment
