The UHS Behavioral Health Finance Department is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the Senior VP of Finance - Behavioral Health (BH).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as the lead administrative role for the BH finance department, coordinating divisional meetings, and supporting the maintenance and integrity of divisional systems and facility architecture.

  • Organizing / managing complicated calendaring and commitments.
  • Managing the SVP BH Finance travel and expense reporting.
  • Participation/note taking in finance leadership team meetings.
  • Ensuring that review materials are collected and distributed to SVP of Finance in advance of meetings and providing light ad hoc presentation support.
  • Ordering of supplies.
  • Overseeing the finance division SharePoint site, the BH facility listing, the CEO listing, and the BH Directory.
  • Routing department invoices routing to appropriate corporate team members for approval and final payment.
  • Coordinating administrative and logistical details for budget meetings, finance training, and new CFO orientations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate software set-up for all new CFOs across the division.
  • Assisting with the integrity of financial packages, the chart of accounts, hospital profiles, and other data elements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years experience in executive level support.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated strengths in staff coordination, project management and meeting planning.
  • Performs administrative duties of a highly confidential nature for the SVP BH Finance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with departmental staff and other corporate executive assistants.
