Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager for U.S. Staffing & Recruiting is responsible for driving new client acquisition, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding business within the staffing and recruitment industry. This role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting staffing solutions, growing revenue, and partnering closely with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent to clients.

Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across the U.S. who require staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to understand hiring needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Account Management
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' workforce challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communication related to staffing services.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve any client issues promptly.
Collaboration & Process Management
  • Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Provide recruiters with clear job requirements and client expectations.
  • Coordinate onboarding, follow-ups, and performance reviews with clients and candidates.
Market & Industry Knowledge
  • Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, hiring patterns, and industry demands.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting
