THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our Thomson Power Systems business unit (under Regal Rexnord) and play a foundational role in launching our brand new manufacturing site in Arlington, TX.

This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in establishing our site, assembling and developing a high-performing team, and embedding the Regal Rexnord culture from day one. Working closely with the Plant Manager and divisional HR leadership, you'll ensure this facility is positioned for long-term success.

We're seeking a proactive, high-energy self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate brings exceptional interpersonal skills paired with strong analytical capabilities-someone who can navigate the complexities of a startup environment while maintaining strategic focus. Ideally, this is not the first time you have to build a site and team from scratch.

This position is required to work onsite at our Arlington, Texas location to provide direct support to employees and leaders.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building the HR infrastructure and processes for a new site, following RRX guidelines and framework
  • Leading talent acquisition efforts to build a skilled, engaged workforce
  • Establishing and championing RRX culture, values, and best practices
  • Serving as a strategic partner to leadership on all people-related initiatives
  • Managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from recruitment through employee relations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Gets energized by creating something new and leaving their mark
  • Can operate independently while knowing when to leverage resources
  • Wants hands-on involvement across all HR functions
  • Is motivated by continuous learning and professional growth
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments

If you're ready to be a builder and make a tangible impact on our newest facility's success, we want to hear from you.
