Senior Manager, Product Management

Job Purpose

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager fluent in leading teams with technical diversification in order to drive and scale innovative, enterprise level solutions to market.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with ICE products supporting Servicing Events (Event Gateway), Mortgage Web Services (MWS) or Servicing APIs is preferred
• Oversee strategy and execution with feature delivery and functionality
• Ability to demo product(s) supported
• Ability to speak to functionality of product(s) supported both internally and externally
• Respond to UAT and Production issues/escalations
• Define iterations and stories
• Establish story acceptance criteria
• Understand client needs and is the internal representative of the customer to the team
• Provide industry and MSP system knowledge to the team
• Work with development to determine best solution for planned work
• Help to identify technical risks and dependencies by partnering with engineering
• May assist with testing when needed
• May assist in writing requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence effective presentation and interpersonal skills
• 7+ years' experience leading Product and/or Engineering teams through application development and implementations. Experience leading migrations of on-prem products to Cloud based preferred (AWS).
• Knowledge of financial services (FinTech) industry and associated products or B2B software products
• High level technical knowledge of integrations such as SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, APIs, OAuth2, Publish/Subscribe queuing platforms (such as Kafka), API Gateways etc. is highly preferred
• Knowledge of end-to-end product development life cycles (i.e. iterative and other modern approaches to software development) with emphasis on Lean-Agile development
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus
