Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Boston, MA. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Ensure Product Quality compliance according to Customer & Internal specifications during the warranty period.
- Support industrial quality standards throughout the manufacturing process during Modifications (MODs) and Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs).
- Manage operationally the problem-solving for quality issues appearing during the warranty phase, similar to externally purchased parts.
- Work on behalf of the Project Warranty Manager, who remains accountable for achieving the project reliability targets and charging back CONQ (Cost of Non-Quality).
- Participate in Customer Inspections
- Deploy Self-Inspection for Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs) and manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection)
- Perform or participate in inspections of products when needed (e.g., Modifications (MODs) inspections)
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of the Car History Book throughout the warranty phase
- Manage Quality Assurance (QA) activities in a similar workshop: People, Process & Performance Advanced Problem Solving System (APSYS)
- Support the decision for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) & keep the NO GO Veto Right in any case
- Stop the production if needed for a mandatory reason (e.g., Safety impact needed rework)
- Manage external NCRs and 8Ds until closure using Problem-Solving Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) methodology.
- Leads progress & monitors the completion of containment, corrective action, and solution implementation as defined through proper usage of the Supplier quality portal
- Reports to the Supplier Quality (SQ) Warranty manager (at the regional or global level) to resolve critical situations.
- Alerts the Project Product Introduction Manager in case of epidemic issues
- Direct interface to the Customer (Quality).

Required Skills / Qualifications:
