Temple University's Dean's Office at the Fox School of Business is searching for a Faculty Affairs Coordinator! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 Position Summary The incumbent ensures the accurate collection, maintenance, and reporting of faculty-related data and documentation across multiple systems. This role involves generating correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing official documentation in compliance with university policies and procedures. In addition to managing day-to-day faculty personnel processes, the Faculty Affairs Coordinator will collaborate with both the Faculty Affairs and Analytics and Accreditation teams to compile reports, maintain dashboards, and assist with research and policy interpretation. This position provides a valuable opportunity to gain a broad understanding of faculty lifecycle management, data governance, and academic administration in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
