Job Title: CNC Programmer Senior Duration: Direct Hire Location: Troy, IN 47588 Shift: 1st Pay Rate:$80k annually with full benefits. Summary: Lead and manage programming, setup, and operation of all CNC machines in the facility, including Lathes, 4-5 Axis Mills, Horizontal Mills, and Mill/Turn machines. Focus on process improvement, efficient setups, and accurate production. Job Description: Program and operate 2-5 axis CNC machines, including Lathe, Mill, and Mill/Turn machines. Set up tools, kitting orders, and align workpieces using probing to reduce setup time. Translate engineering plans into CAM programs; verify first-run parts and maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot NC programs and machining processes to ensure continuous workflow.?????????????? Education and Experience: 4-6 years of CNC programming and machining experience. Proficient with tooling, speeds/feeds, and NC programming principles. Strong understanding of aerospace or general machine shop operations. Ability to read technical manuals, interpret drawings, and apply continuous improvement methods. Required Ability: Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to wear required PPE throughout the entirety of the shift.
