Location: Waukesha County, WI Schedule: Part-time, 1st shift (8am-4pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center, one of our residential treatment facilities in Waukesha County. Aspen Center provides affordable, comprehensive addiction treatment for men, empowering them with the skills and resources needed to achieve recovery and long-term sobriety. About the Role Under supervision, you will provide care, services, and support to clients in our Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) programs. These programs serve individuals with substance use disorders and/or criminogenic risk factors, helping them build healthier, more sustainable lives. Key Responsibilities
