Job Description General position summary: The R&D Quality Assurance (RDQA) Director, as part of the Analytics and Centers of Excellence (ACE) vertical, is responsible for providing leadership, management, operational oversight and effective delivery of both large- and small-scale ACE initiatives in support of all verticals within RDQA and other related Vertex Quality organizations. These initiatives are focused on building a robust process / data rich landscape that empowers teams throughstandards and a data-driven decision-making culture as well as integrating and standardizing operations, processes, information, data, and technology to advance and align the capabilities, competencies, and outputs with high valuegoals / strategy. The Director is expected to optimize interdisciplinary understanding and teamwork within RDQA to maximize productivity and is accountable for the results of line staff. Additionally, through cross collaboration and strong relationships throughout Vertex, the Director is a key driver of the development of optimal systems, processes and data infrastructure that are consistent and aligned across the organization.
