Your role

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
* Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or proprietary system).
* Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure accurate product data and availability.
* Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to implement improvements.
* Ensure a smooth online purchasing process from browsing to checkout, with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
Digital Marketing Integration
* Work closely with the Communications & Digital Marketing team to align e-commerce efforts with SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
* Implement promotions, campaigns, and landing pages that support product launches and seasonal marketing efforts.
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
Customer Experience & Support
* Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement in navigation, design, and functionality.
* Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a consistent and professional online experience.
* Manage integrations between CRM, ERP, and e-commerce systems to streamline order management and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting
* Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar) to monitor and optimize performance.
* Develop reports and dashboards that communicate e-commerce insights and ROI to stakeholders.
* Recommend and implement A/B tests and other data-driven optimization strategies.

To succeed, you will need

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* 2+ years of e-commerce experience (B2B preferred).
* Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
* Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Preferred:
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
* Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP system integrations.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website UX/UI best practices.
* Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices in Rock Hill, SC.
