What does the Commercial Email Marketing Advisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Commercial Email Marketing Advisor will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and supporting content across Swire Coca-Cola. Our eB2B Customer Engagement Platform, email Marketing, SMS, and other platforms will be supported by you to ensure that messaging across all platforms and touch points, both provides a consistent experience, is increasingly personalized, and ultimately drives our overall business goals. Technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce is essential, as is a strong track record of implementing demonstrated Best Practices in Campaign and Marketing Journey design.
Responsibilities:
- Create audiences for digital marketing campaigns based on specific marketing objectives, customer attributes and behaviors
- Design and author email marketing, SMS, and push notification campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Update content on the Swire Coca-Cola Salesforce Storefront using Experience Builder
- Document and follow digital marketing best practices for all onsite and offsite campaigns
- Design cross-platform marketing journeys
- Ensure campaign messaging is consistent and aligned with product positioning, brand messaging, and sales communication priorities
- Provide guidance and /input to internal and external agencies on Digital Asset Management (DAM) governance and administration to ensure efficient tagging, bundling, and management of assets
- Source, adapt, and produce visual assets and written copy for Customer Communications and Marketing
- Design and refine templates for email marketing, ads, banners, and SMS
- Partner with internal and external resources to adapt and /develop creative executions for ordering platform banners & ads, email & SMS marketing, Chat Bot and Call/Contact Center Scripts, and Sales & Merch Manager G2M Content
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field required
- Certifications for Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Marketing Cloud email specialist required
- Certifications for Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- 4+ years' experience with Experience Builder platforms or comparable platforms required
- 2+ years' experience using Google Analytics required
- 1+ years' experience analyzing communication data and making data-driven recommendations for improvement required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written language and copywriting skills in both languages preferred
