About Watlow:

Watlow is a global technology and manufacturing leader who provides world-class engineering expertise through innovative thermal products and systems, enabling our customers to thrive. Program Overview:

Participants will rotate through three different Watlow locations, spending approximately two months at each site. The final rotation will take place in San Jose, California, where they'll join a team of 120 engineers focused on new product development. This includes prototyping integrated thermal systems-such as tubular heaters mounted onto metal assemblies-in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The work is dynamic and hands-on, with engineers spending time in the machine shop, running product tests, and building next-generation solutions. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as responsibilities shift rapidly to meet evolving customer needs. This is not a desk job-expect to be on your feet, solving problems, and contributing directly to innovation.
