Description Home Health and HospiceNursing For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligibleRegistered Nurses with1-2years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2years of experience! o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Home Care Position Highlights: * Enjoy a less stressful pace of work, treating one patient at a time * Case Manage a set number of cases * Follow patient cases from start to finish * Have the ability to work closely with patients and families, building better relationships * Ability to give your full, undivided attention to each patient * Have the ability to educate patients and family members about care, treatment & diagnosis in a much more in depth manner * Weekend scheduling - Every 4th weekend rotation! Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
