SUN 6:00pm - 4:00am

OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time Computer Operations Support, you will provide computer support to branch, distribution center and corporate employees. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Monitoring and troubleshooting key processes

o Supporting data transfer between corporate and branch locations

o Monitoring branch alarm systems

o Providing telephone support to branch and distribution center employees

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

FULL-TIME BENEFITS:

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $35,000 - 40,000.
