Job Description

The Welding Production Lead oversees day-to-day welding operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role provides technical guidance to welders, coordinates workflow, and collaborates with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams to maintain efficient and high-quality welding processes.

Qualifications:



  • Strong welding background with experience in multiple processes - specifically with stainless and carbon steel(e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core).
  • Proven experience in a lead, senior welder, or team coordinator role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and welding procedures.
  • Solid understanding of welding quality standards and inspection practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook. ERP experience preferred
  • Experienced with overhead cranes, forklifts, yard trucks and various operations equipment.
