Maintenance Technician in Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $29-$34/hour, depending on experience and skills

Plus $1.00/hour Shift Differential

Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!

Day Shift - Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 4:45PM, over time as needed.

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, good communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant equipment and utility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment such as conveyors, mixers, valves, bearings, seals, belts, and related components.
• Install, test, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control devices (pressure, flow, level sensors).
• Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, including installation, testing, and ladder logic troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, hoists, and scales.
• Support 5S practices and assist with training team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely.
